The class will comprise in roughly equal parts of the practices above, in each hour.

Well being

Teach techniques of:
Breathing
Meditation
Which we can use in our daily lives.

Members �1:50 per class / Non members �2 per class

Please Note: You do not need to book a place in the class just come along on the day wearing comfortable clothing. No prior experience necessary.
