Yoga for kids
Children can get a lot of benefits from yoga. Physically, it enhances their flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness.
In addition, their concentration and sense of calmness and relaxation improves. Doing yoga, children exercise, play, connect more deeply with the inner self, and develop an intimate relationship with the natural world that surrounds them.
The Yoga Instructor is qualified and has experience in teaching young people.

Please Note: Your child does not need to book a place in the class just let them come along on the day wearing comfortable clothing. They can bring their own mat if they prefer.
